Jerry Calistri is a seasoned leader in the insurance industry with a specialization in employee benefits. With 30 years of experience, he has collaborated with various organizations, from small businesses to large corporations, delivering optimal solutions for cost savings and employee outcomes. Jerry has become a trusted resource for business executives and benefits professionals, particularly when handling complex renewals and compliance challenges.

One of his significant contributions includes involvement with the Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund, where he helped manage benefits for 225,000 state employees and retirees. He was instrumental in negotiating contracts with insurance carriers, bringing administrative functions in-house, and establishing a well-trained benefits services department to address member inquiries effectively.

In addition to his practical expertise, Jerry has contributed to the field by authoring numerous articles on insurance-related topics. He has also been an active advocate, lobbying for healthcare reform and autism-related issues in Harrisburg and Washington.
