Jessica Ballard

As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, Jessica Ballard’s responsibilities include assisting clients with policy renewals, claims, and billing issues, as well as advising them about compliance with the Affordable Care Act and other federal regulations.

Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary science with a concentration in business management from Lock Haven University. Before joining Swift Kennedy, Jessica gained experience assisting clients in the payroll and benefits industry.

Her community activities have included volunteering for the Little Ladies on the Run program and various youth sports teams, including team mom for her daughter’s Little League team. She also volunteers for Relay for Life. In her free time, Jessica enjoys cooking with her family and watching her daughters play sports.
