Jessica Ballard is the Director of Account Management at Swift Kennedy, where she leads the account management team and shapes client service strategies. Jessica is responsible for mentoring a team of account managers, ensuring high-quality support for clients in areas such as policy renewals, claims resolution, billing, plan implementation, and regulatory compliance, including the Affordable Care Act.
With a background in payroll and benefits, Jessica previously worked as a Payroll Specialist, gaining valuable experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and client support. This foundation gives her a comprehensive understanding of client challenges and the integration of benefits with HR and operational goals.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Lock Haven University.
Outside of work, Jessica volunteers with Relay for Life and youth sports organizations and has served as a team mom for her daughters’ sports teams. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Lamar, and their three daughters—Ella, Kennadee, and Marra. When not at sports events, the family enjoys cooking together and planning their next adventure.
