Jerry has been with Swift Kennedy & Associates since 2002. As President/Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for the sales, service, carrier agreements and marketing efforts of the agency. He has also been responsible for the agency expanding from the corporate office in DuBois to 4 offices statewide. Jerry works closely with staff and clients to ensure plan designs and funding requirements meet the clients’ goals and objectives.
Jerry has over 25 years experience in the employee benefits industry, starting in 1991 at the Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund in Harrisburg, PA and at Geisinger Health Plan as Regional Sales & Operations Manager for the Western Region. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Mansfield University in Psychology/Human Resource Management. He is also a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist and has conducted educational and consulting seminars for employers, local chambers, and small business development councils about healthcare reform. In addition, he is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and Past President of the local Mid Penn chapter, as well as a PAC Board Member for Health Agents for America.
He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and sports.
