Heather Miles

Heather Miles joined Swift Kennedy & Associates in the State College office in 2024.  As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, she is excited to apply her 20 years of customer service experience and provide top-notch client service here at Swift Kennedy.

Before coming to Swift Kennedy, Heather was most recently employed in the public sector, providing pension plan and health insurance counseling to Commonwealth of PA employees and retirees.  She also has previous administration and accounting experience in the automotive and social services industries.

When not at work, Heather is a Girl Scouts volunteer and enjoys family functions with her husband and two children.
