Dan is a graduate of Misericordia University with over 13 years of experience in the healthcare and employee benefits industry. He began his career supporting large, complex health plans, gaining deep insight into how benefits programs are structured, administered, and optimized.
Prior to joining Swift Kennedy, Dan worked closely with organizations to design customized workplace health and safety initiatives, partnering with leadership teams to improve employee well-being and operational outcomes. This diverse background gives him a well-rounded perspective and a strong ability to deliver tailored insurance and benefits solutions aligned with each client’s goals.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his two boys and is actively involved in youth sports, helping create opportunities for kids to learn, grow, and stay active.
