Karen Zanella's Profile and Contact Information

Prior to joining Swift Kennedy, Karen worked as a Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She graduated in 2000 from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Crime, Law, and Justice. Her experience in that industry and her education is what lead her to Swift Kennedy. She is now our Benefits Services Representative. Her responsibilities include assisting clients with claims issues, benefit questions, applications, online enrollments, and terminations. Since joining Swift Kennedy Karen has received her PA Insurance License. Her 30+ years in customer service has proved to be a great asset to our company. In her spare time, Karen enjoys reading, riding horses, and spending time with her son.
