Jessica Ballard's Profile and Contact Information

As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, Jessica Ballard’s responsibilities include assisting clients with policy renewals, claims, and billing issues, as well as advising them about compliance with the Affordable Care Act and other federal regulations. 

Before joining Swift Kennedy, Jessica worked as a Payroll Specialist for the clothing manufacturer Delta Galil USA in Williamsport and as a Payroll Administrator for the Keystone Central School District.  Prior to that, Jessica was an Office Manager for New Look Kitchens in Lock Haven.

Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary science with a concentration in business management from Lock Haven University. 

Her community activities have included volunteering for the Little Ladies on the Run program and various youth sports teams, including the Little Knights youth basketball program in Williamsport.  In her free time, Ballard enjoys cooking with her family and watching her daughters play sports.
