Swift Kennedy Named One of Region’s Top 100 Organizations

Pennsylvania Business Central has named the insurance brokerage firm Swift Kennedy & Associates as one of the “Top 100 Organizations of 2022,” in recognition for the firm’s contributions to central Pennsylvania’s local businesses and communities.

In order to identify nominees, the editorial board of Pennsylvania Business Central reached out to executives, chambers of commerce, community leaders and readers in its 23-county coverage area. The final 100 organizations, which were chosen by a special selection committee, are being profiled in the business publication’s current issue.

“We are honored for this distinction and look forward to continue serving the people and businesses of central Pennsylvania,” said Jerry Calistri, President and CEO of Swift Kennedy, which specializes in group employee benefits and senior insurance plans.

Swift Kennedy strives to help local businesses prosper by providing business owners and C-suite executives with innovative solutions to help them meet the challenges of this highly fluid business environment.

For example, Swift Kennedy provides multiple-year strategies that include both traditional insurance policies and alternative funding options, such as level-funded plans. The agency also offers technology platforms that provide online benefit administration, virtual open enrollment meetings, group outreach opportunities, employee education and engagement, and day-to-day support.

In addition, Swift Kennedy provides clients with detailed carrier and situation analyses, Benchmarking reports showing what similar companies offer employees, and Third-Party Administrative services such as COBRA, WRAP documents, and consolidated billing.

Swift Kennedy’s benefit specialists and consultants work with all health insurance carriers in Pennsylvania to offer employers high-quality affordable medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, and its account managers strive to provide clients with exceptional customer service in the management of their benefit plans.

“The recognition of Swift Kennedy as one of the top organizations in central Pennsylvania would not have been possible without the dedication of our employees, who use their expertise every day to help clients achieve better outcomes for both their companies and their workers,” said Calistri.

Jerry Calistri is President and Chief Executive Officer of Swift Kennedy & Associates. He has over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, including working at the Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund in Harrisburg. A Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist, Calistri is a Senatorial Member of Health Agents for America and a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. In addition, he is an active member and past president of the Mid Penn chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters. He can be reached at jerry@swiftkennedy.com.
