Swift Kennedy was established in 1921 as a Property and Casualty agency. In 1996, after recognizing a need for brokerage firms that specialize in health insurance and group employee benefits, Swift Kennedy & Associates, Inc. was formed to help clients better understand their health options. Since then, Swift Kennedy & Associates has expanded operations. The agency, which is licensed in many states in the Mid-Atlantic Region, now insures/services employers and their employees in 30+ states. Our focus remains helping companies with their Group Employee Benefits plans by evaluating all funding options to control costs and providing multiple year strategies, renewal negotiations, employee engagement, and technology platforms, as well as guiding employers through day-to-day service needs.
In 2019, Swift Kennedy & Associates added Third Party Administrative (TPA) Services, including COBRA, WRAP Docs, Consolidated Billing, and Online Benefits. By offering these enhanced services, we now fill additional needs of our current clients. We also sell these products on a stand-alone basis to employers needing these services.
